Free UK Shipping on all orders

Free International shipping on orders over £100

All parcels ship by Royal Mail:

UK 2nd Class 2-5 working days

International Royal Mail Standard International 10-14 days (can vary dependent on where in the world you are based)

If your UK parcel has not arrived within 10 working days or international order has not arrived within 21 days please contact me for replacement or refund.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

I will endeavour to replace or refund in a timely manner but please be kind, once a parcel leaves me I cannot control its delivery.

Returns

If you change your mind (and we hope you don't) regarding your purchase, you are entitled to return your item(s) for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return.

Buyers are responsible for cost of postage on returns, unless the item is faulty or damaged. The cost of postage is non-refundable and only the cost of the item will be refunded.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Please send a picture of the damage or fault and I will replace or refund any faulty or damaged items. I will only ask you to return a damaged or faulty item if I am able to repair the damage, but a new item will be supplied as a replacement.
