Needle Felted Red Eclectus Parrot, the red of this species are female where as the males are a bright green. This beautiful female eclectus has stunning crimson plumage with flecks and pops or bright yellows,  electric blues and pale blues
 
It's rare to see such a difference in the plumage of parrots over the genders and they were originally thought to be separate species when ornithologists first discovered them. When this occurs it is know as diamorphism
