Postage and Packaging
All our birds fly first class from the UK, they are presented in a kraft gift box stamped with the Feltmeupdesigns logo and packed in shredded tissue paper for protection from any jiggling that may happen along the way. We post our birds in sturdy cardboard boxes made from recycled materials, Inkmeup products are posted in bubble envelopes made from recycled materials or sturdy board backed envelopes for notebooks and prints and we can add gift wrapping and a short gift message to any order upon request, for no extra charge.
Average Shipping Times
Your order will be shipped within 3 days of purchase unless it is a custom item, or it is stated in the listing or we have agreed other wise, items are shipped first class post by Royal Mail, average shipping times are:
UK: 5-7 days
Europe: 5-10 days
International: 10-14 days (Please note can take up to 25 days in some instances)
Please allow extra time for delivery around busy times of the year like Christmas
The service does not provide tracking due to cost entailed, if you require tracking or faster shipping please contact me.
Some parcels may incur customs charges when being delivered to non EU countries. The customer is responsible for paying all customs charges to the destination country's postal services upon delivery and will be informed by their postal services. Customs charges tend to be value based and to my knowledge our standard parcels should not incur them, however if they do then the customer is responsible for paying these charges.
Lost or Damaged Items
Feltmeupdesigns promises to refund or replace any item lost in transit. If you have not received your order with in 25 days please contact me and I will offer you refund or replacement.
With damaged items please take a picture and attach it to a message, I will replace all damaged items with out further charge... this hasn't happened yet and I will be mortified if any of my birdies get hurt in transit!
Please remember should your postie decided to sit/stamp or otherwise destroy your item it's not my fault, we pack very securely in a sturdy box so they really have to try hard to destroy it. Please contact me if this happens and we will replace your damaged item and shout at Royal Mail very loudly on your behalf!
